2. Software Delivery

Bharat Tiffin is a cloud-based software platform that is accessed online. As such, we do not ship physical products or goods. Upon successful subscription and payment:

  • Tenants will receive account credentials via email
  • Access to the platform will be granted immediately or within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • All software features will be delivered through secure online access

Important Clarification: Bharat Tiffin is a software provider and does not deliver physical food items or tiffin services. The delivery of food items to end-customers is the sole responsibility of the tenant businesses using our platform.

3. Platform Availability

Bharat Tiffin strives to maintain high availability of our platform with the following commitments:

  • 99.9% uptime goal, excluding scheduled maintenance
  • Regular updates and improvements to the platform
  • Advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible

In the event of unplanned downtime, we will work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible and keep tenants informed of progress.

4. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants using the Bharat Tiffin platform are solely responsible for:

  • The delivery of food items to their end-customers
  • Setting and communicating their own delivery policies to their customers
  • Managing delivery logistics, timelines, and quality
  • Handling all customer inquiries related to food delivery

Bharat Tiffin does not control, manage, or take responsibility for the delivery operations of individual tiffin service businesses using our platform.

5. Software Updates and Enhancements

As part of our service:

  • Software updates will be delivered automatically to all tenants
  • New features will be made available as they are released
  • Tenants will be notified of significant updates via email or through the platform

There is no additional delivery fee for updates or enhancements included in the tenant's subscription plan.

6. Data Transfer and Migration

For tenants migrating from other platforms:

  • Bharat Tiffin provides tools and support for data migration
  • The timeline for data migration will be communicated during the onboarding process
  • Tenants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data provided for migration

7. Technical Support Delivery

Technical support is delivered through the following channels:

  • Knowledge base and documentation available 24/7

Support response times vary based on the severity of the issue and the tenant's subscription plan.

8. International Availability

The Bharat Tiffin platform is primarily designed for use in India. While the software may be accessible internationally, certain features may be optimized for the Indian market. Tenants outside India should verify that the platform meets their local requirements before subscribing.
